Cancellations & Changes

We are pleased you chose Drivr for your transportation needs. At Drivr we understand plans change and you may no longer need a Drivr at your requested time. To provide you the best service possible our cancellation and refund policy is described below.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business a minimum 24 hour notice is required for all cancellation / refund requests. To cancel your order please contact our reservation specialists at 513.428.4655.

  • Orders cancelled 24 hours before the pickup time will receive a full refund within 3 business days of the request.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time will receive a refund less our $20 minimum charge plus applicable taxes.
  • Orders cancelled within 1 hour of the pickup time will not be eligible for any refund.

Change Policy

Things happen! Plans change, flights get delayed, or sometimes life just doesn’t cooperate. Should you need to alter your order we are more than happy to do so. Our change policy is simple. Contact our reservation specialists at 513.428.4655. Please note, in very rare circumstances your change may not be able to be accommodated due to another rider’s reservation.
  • Changes requested more than 24 hours before your pickup time can be made by contacting a reservation specialist.
  • Changes requested due to flight changes can be made anytime. We never want to leave you stranded at the airport or on the way to the airport. Please contact our reservation specialists as soon as you have updated or accurate flight information. There is no change fee for changes due to flights.
    *Please note during times of peak travel we reserve the right to merge trips with other delayed passengers.

Wait Time & Additional Stops

Sometimes slipping into that suit or dress takes a bit longer than expected. Don’t worry we wont leave you. But we do have a few requests. In addition should you need to make an extra stop not on the order, we are more than happy to help as long as it does not impact the experience of the next rider.

Wait Time

For every pickup we allow a wait time of 5 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Since time is available in 15 minute increments we feel this should accommodate 99% of the wait times. Should you need more than 5 minutes, we are here for you but we will need to bill for wait time. Our wait time is billed at $85/hr in 15 minute increments, for convenience we will charge the card associated with the order.

Additional Stops

We know you sometimes have that craving for Greater’s or a midnight Skyline run. If the stop is not on the original order we will charge you for the time it takes to complete the stop and return to the route. This will be charged in accordance with our wait time rate of $85/hr billed in 15 minute increments.
